Thursday 11/08/07
Turkey and Cheese sandwich on wheat bread, some peaches, and a granola bar.

Friday 11/09/07
Stuffed Breadsticks with pizza sauce, corn, and carrots with ranch dip.

Monday 11/12/07
Turkey and Cheese Sandwich (on wheat), Tomato and Basil Wheat Thins, and Cinnamon Apples.

Tuesday 11/13/07
Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwich (on wheat), Cheese Chex Mix, and a Granola Bar.

Wednesday 11/14/07
Crackers w/ turkey and cheese on them, and cinnamon apples (and a Twix bar for dessert! =] )

It's good that your choices are on wheat bread! Definitely try to eat more fresh fruits and vegetables over fruits and vegetables that have sugar and syrup all over them. It makes eat those even healthier!
