On Monday I had grilled chicken, mixed fruit, and white milk.

Yesterday [Tuesday] I had popcorn chicken with a breadstick, mixed vegetables, grapes, and milk.

And today [Wednesday] I had turkey tetrazini [or however the heck you spell it] with a roll, mashed potatoes, peaches, and white milk.

Sounds like you are doing well keeping up with a well balanced meal for lunch. All protein, fruit, vegetables, and dairy are very important! I'm curious to what kind of milk you had? Skim or possibly 2%?
